Kale Chips

Ingredients
- 4 large kale leaves
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Small pinch sea salt
- Small pinch chilli powder (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
- Cut the stalks off the kale and break leaves into pieces.
- In a bowl mix the oil, lemon juice, chilli and salt. Throw in the leaves and massage the dressing into the leaves until all are coated.
- Spread the leaves out evenly on a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until slightly browned and crisp.
