Garlic Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas, soaked overnight
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix the chickpeas, garlic, oil and paprika until well coated.
- Spread the chickpeas on a baking tray and bake for about 40 minutes, or until crisp.
