Antioxidant Juice
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 red capsicum
- 1 carrot
- 1 small beetroot
- 2cm piece of ginger
- ΒΌ red cabbage
Method
- Wash, trim and chop ingredients and put through the juicer.
- Leave 50% of the skin on the citrus fruit, as this is highest in bioflavonoids.
Tip
Freeze half in a glass jar to retain the nutrients, and enjoy on another day.
