Raspberry Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp honey or ¼ tsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute
Method
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a glass jar, airtight container or a small bowl.
- Allow to set in the fridge for at least two hours, or overnight.
