Spiced Cherry Bliss Balls
Makes approximately 12 balls
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 6 dried figs
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup tart dried cherries
Method
- Place figs, macadamias, chia seeds and cherries in a food processor and blend until well combined. Add in the vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, coconut oil and salt.
- Roll into balls and store into an airtight container.
- Enjoy 1-2 balls as a snack.
