Apple and Pecan Porridge

Ingredients
- ¼ cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup pecans, chopped
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 small apple, cored and diced
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¾ cup coconut milk
Method
- Add all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat, stirring until the oats have soaked up all the coconut milk and it is nice and creamy.
- Serve warm.
