Banana Breakfast Cookies
Makes 10-12
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- ¼ cup sultanas or dates, diced
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup ground flax seed
- ¼ cup almonds, chopped
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tbsp Ultimate Superfood powder
Method
- Preheat oven to 160ºC and line a baking tray.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Scoop heaped 1 tbsp. of mixture and spoon onto tray, about 2cm apart. Flatten slightly.
- Place tray in the oven and make for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool.
