Blueberry Spinach Smoothie
Serves 2
Ingredients
- ¾ cup natural or Greek yoghurt
- 1 ripe banana
- ½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- ½ cup milk of choice or water
- 1 tbsp Ultimate Superfood powder
Method
- Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Pour into two glasses and drink immediately.
