Caramelised Pear Muesli

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 pear
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 walnuts, chopped
  • ½ cup coconut yoghurt

Method

  1. Cut pear in half, place on a lined baking tray and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Place under the grill and cook until pears are soft and golden.
  3. Toss the oats, chia and walnuts together and top with coconut yoghurt and pear.
