Caramelised Pear Muesli
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 pear
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 6 walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup coconut yoghurt
Method
- Cut pear in half, place on a lined baking tray and drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place under the grill and cook until pears are soft and golden.
- Toss the oats, chia and walnuts together and top with coconut yoghurt and pear.
