Raspberry Coconut Bread

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 4 dates, soaked, pitted and chopped
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup raspberries
- Pinch sea salt
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Topping: nut butter
Method
- Preheat oven to 180ºC and line a small loaf or slice tin.
- Combine ingredients together to form a batter and transfer into loaf tin.
- Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve with some nut butter.
